Three Pillars (Piece Two)

Even a rose
Like a poet
Cannot thrive out of the light.

Each of us
A different light
In search of an opening light.

For we are not made
To hide our light
Beneath a barrel
But to glow with joy from within.

We search among the three pillars of our being
Into unknown territories
To release the dark easy of nonfulfillment.

Each of us
Has the light
To unloose the light of another
If we can find.

The desire to find the other
Is the magic that makes the journey possible
Into unknown territories.
